If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!

We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note due to COVID-19 we are operating a skelton staff service to ensure the safety of our employees, as a result there may been slight delays on certain orders.

Europe & Worldwide:

Due to COVID-19 we are unfortunately not currently shipping outside of the UK & Ireland.

We currently use Third Party Delivery Couriers, DPD and Parcelforce, to get your order to you safe and sound.

If have received a notification to say your parcel has been damaged during transit, please email us at quoting your order number, this will allow us to identify the status of your order.

Once we have received confirmation from the third party courier on the whereabouts of your order we will send you out a new parcel as soon as possible.

If you’re unhappy with your order/ part of your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help resolve the issue!

Please email detailing your order number, the product you are unhappy with, photos of your product and the reason for the dissatisfaction. One of our customer service team will reply back to your email within 48 hours or give you a call detailing the next steps.


If you would like to make any amendments to an order you have already placed, please email us at detailing your order number, and the amendments you would like to make and one of our customer service team will be in touch or alternatively call us on 0333 335 5495.

If you are experiencing an issue with a promotional code at checkout please message us on our live chat for an immediate response or alternatively call us on 0333 335 5495 and one member of our team will be able to talk you though the checkout process and/or identify the issue.

If you forgot to enter a promotional code but have already placed your order please email us at and we will be able to provide a solution.


There is an option after a product has been added to your basket to add a Gift Message to your order free of charge. If you are having trouble locating this option please place your order and send us an email to quoting your order number and detail the message you would like to be included in your parcel. Upon receipt of your email a member of our team will add your note to your order on our system and a confirmation will be sent to reassure you your gift message has been added. is always striving to increase the number of bottles we supply and grow our product list. If you are looking for a specific product that you cannot find please contact us via the live chat, email or call us on 0333 335 5495 and a member of our team will try to source the product using our suppliers. If we can source your product(s), we will add it to our website and send an email notifying you it is now available for purchase.
