A true Whisky favourite, the Whisky sour, enjoy this elegant and refreshing drink from the comfort of your own home all summer long!
Ingredients:
50ml Whisky
2 - 3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
2 Pumps of Sugar Syrup or 2 teaspoons of Sugar
Egg White for 1 egg
Lemon Slice Garnish
Steps:
Step 1: Fill the Shaker half way with ice
Step 2: Add a double shot of Whisky to the shaker
Step 3: Add a few dashes of Angostura Bitters to the shaker
Step 4: Add the egg whites to the shaker
Step 5: Add two pumps of sugar syrup to the shaker
Step 6: Shake the contents in the shaker for a couple of minutes holding the bottom of the shaker.
Step 5: Pour the contents of the shaker into a the glass.
Step 6: Add the lemon slic to the rim of the glass as garnish.
